Plus we assemble all furniture and connect & test all electrical appliances, leaving them in the correct rooms and ready for use. For gas appliances we can organise a CORGI registered fitter for you.
Obviously, you have a busy enough day, therefore we arrange to pick up the keys from yourselves or the letting agent and return them promptly after use. We also liaise with the occupants to arrange a convenient delivery time.
If we are replacing existing furniture we offer a removal service for a nominal £5 charge per order. Fridges and freezers are subject to a £25 removal charge, due to disposal costs. For full house clearances please call to discuss.
